اک میں ہی نہیں اس پر قربان زمانہ ہے
جو رب دو عالم کا محبوب یگانہ ہے
Ek Main He Nahin Un Par Qurban Zamana Hai
Jo Rab-e-Do-Alam Ka Mehboob-e-Yagana Hai
I am not the only one; the whole world is sacrificed for him,
He who is the unique beloved of the Lord of both worlds.
کل جس نے ہمیں پُل سے خود پار لگانا ہے
زہرہ کا وہ بابا ہے سبطین کا نانا ہے
Kal Jisne Humein Pul Se Khud Paar Lagana Hai
Zahra Ka Woh Baba Hai Sabtain Ka Nana Hai
He who will personally guide us across the bridge tomorrow,
He is the father of Zahra (Fatima) and the grandfather of the Sabtain (Hassan and Hussain).
اُس ہاشمی دولہا پر کونین کو میں واروں
جو حُسن و شمائل میں یکتائے زمانہ ہے
Us Hashmi Dulha Par Konain Ko Main Waroon
Jo Husn-o-Shama-il Mein Yakta-e-Zamana Hai
I sacrifice both worlds for that Hashimi bridegroom,
Who is unique in his beauty and character in all ages.
عزت سے نہ مر جائیں کیوں نام محمد پر
ہم نے کسی دن یوں بھی دنیا سے تو جانا ہے
Izzat Se Na Mar Jayen Kyun Naam-e-Muhammad Par
Humne Kisi Din Yun Bhi Dunya Se To Jana Hai
Why should we not die with honor for the name of Muhammad (PBUH)?
After all, we have to leave this world someday regardless.
آو در زہرہ پر پھیلائے ہوئے دامن
ہے نسل کریموں کی لجپال گھرانہ ہے
Aao Dar-e-Zahra Par Phailaaye Hue Daman
Hai Nasl Kareemon Ki Lajpal Gharana Hai
Come to the door of Zahra with your hands spread wide,
This is the lineage of the Generous; it is a household that honors those who seek them.
ہوں شاہ مدینہ کی میں پشت پناہی میں
کیا اس کی مجھے پرواہ دشمن جو زمانہ ہے
Hoon Shah-e-Madina Ki Main Pusht Panahi Mein
Kya Uski Mujhe Parwah Dushman Jo Zamana Hai
I am under the protection of the King of Medina,
What care I if the whole world turns into an enemy?
یہ کہ کے در حق سے لی موت میں کچھ مہلت
میلاد کی آمد ہے محفل کو سجانا ہے
Yeh Keh Ke Dar-e-Haq Se Li Maut Mein Kuch Mohlat
Milad Ki Aamad Hai Mehfil Ko Sajana Hai
Saying this, I obtained a respite from death from the Divine Court,
“The Milad is approaching, and I must decorate the gathering.”
قربان اُس آقا پر کل حشر کے دن جس نے
اَس اُمت عاصی کو کملی میں چھپانا ہے
Qurban Us Aqa Par Kal Hashr Ke Din Jisne
Is Ummat-e-Aasi Ko Kamli Mein Chupana Hai
May I be sacrificed for that Master who, on the Day of Judgment,
Will hide this sinful nation under his mantle.
سو بار اگر توبہ ٹوٹی بھی تو حیرت کیا
بخشش کی روائت میں توبہ تو بہانہ ہے
Sau Baar Agar Tauba Tooti Bhi To Hairat Kya
Bakhshish Ki Riwayat Mein Tauba To Bahana Hai
If repentance breaks a hundred times, what is the surprise?
In the tradition of forgiveness, repentance is merely an excuse.
ہر وقت وہ ہیں میری دُنیائے تصور میں
اے شوق کہیں اب تو آنا ہے نہ جانا ہے
Har Waqt Woh Hain Meri Dunya-e-Tasawwur Mein
Ae Shauq Kahin Ab To Aana Hai Na Jana Hai
He is in my world of imagination at all times,
O desire! Now there is nowhere else to come or go.
پُر نور سی راہیں ہیں گنبد پہ نگاہیں ہیں
جلوے بھی انوکھے ہیں منظر بھی سہانا ہے
Pur Noor Si Rahein Hain Gumbad Pe Nigahein Hain
Jalwe Bhi Anokhay Hain Manzar Bhi Suhana Hai
The paths are full of light, eyes are fixed on the Dome,
The visions are unique, and the scene is delightful.
ہم کیوں نہ کہیں اُن سے رُو داد الم اپنی
جب اُن کا کہا خود بھی اللہ نے مانا ہے
Hum Kyun Na Kahein Unse Rudaad-e-Alam Apni
Jab Unka Kaha Khud Bhi Allah Ne Maana Hai
Why should we not tell him our story of grief?
When Allah Himself has accepted whatever he has said.
محروم کرم اَس کو رکھیئے نہ سرِ محشر
جیسا ہے نصیر آخر سائل تو پُرانا ہے
Mehroom-e-Karam Isko Rakhiye Na Sar-e-Hashar
Jaisa Hai Naseer Aakhir Sail To Purana Hai
Do not keep him deprived of mercy on the Day of Judgment,
However he may be, Naseer is, after all, an old beggar (at your door).
