“Naseema Janib-e-Bat-ha Guzar Kun” is a timeless Persian Naat by the great Sufi poet Maulana Abdur Rehman Jami (RA). نسیما جانبِ بطحا گزر کن
ز احوالم محمدؐ را خبر کن

Naseema Janib-e-Bat-ha Guzar Kun
Ze Ahwalam Muhammad (PBUH) Ra Khabar Kun

اے صبا بطحا کی طرف چل
میرے احوال حضورؐ کو سنا

O Morning Breeze! Pass by the valley of Bat-ha;
And inform Muhammad (PBUH) of my pitiable condition.

توئی سلطانِ عالم یا محمدؐ
ز روئے لطف سوئے من نظر کن

Toi Sultan-e-Alam Ya Muhammad
Ze Roo-e-Lutf Soo-e-Man Nazar Kun

یا رسول اللہ آپ ہی دونوں جہان کے سلطان ہیں
آپ نگاہ کرم مجھ پر ڈالیں

You are the Sultan of the Universe, O Muhammad (PBUH);
Cast a glance towards me out of Your infinite kindness.

ببر ایں جانِ مشتاقم بہ آں جا
فدائے روضہء خیر البشرؐ کن

Ba-bareen Jan-e-Mushtaqam Ba-aan-ja
Fida-e-Rooza-e-Khair-ul-Bashar Kun

میری بے تاب جان کو اُس جگہ لے جا
تا کہ یہ حضور کے روضہ اقدس پر نثار ہو جائے

Take this longing soul of mine to that sacred place;
And sacrifice it at the shrine of the Best of Creation (PBUH).

مشرف گرچہ شد جامیؔ ز لطفش
خدایا ایں کرم بارِ دگر کن

Musharraf Garche Shud Jami Ze Lutfash
Khudara Een Karam Bar-e-Digar Kun

جامی اگرچہ آپؐ کے لطف سے محظوظ ہو گیا
یا اللہ یہ کرم بار بار ہو

Although Jami has already been honored by His kindness;
For God’s sake, bestow this bounty once again.
