اگر این نقطہ دانستے عزازیل
ہزاران سجدہ آوردے دمادم
Agar In Nuqta Danaste Azazeel
Hazaran Sajda Awarde Dam-a-Dam
Had Azazeel (Iblis) known this subtle point;
He would have performed thousands of prostrations incessantly.
بر آدم منکشف جملہ اسمائے
ملائک اندران جا ماندہ ابکم
Bar Adam Munka-shif Jumla Asmaye
Malaik Andaran Ja Manda Abkam
Upon Adam, all the Names (of God) were revealed;
While the angels remained speechless in that station.
کسے کوراز بان بر بستہ نبود
حریم قدس او را نیست محرم
Kase Ko Raaz Ban Bar Basta Nabwad
Hareem-e-Quds Oo Ra Neest Mahram
One who cannot keep their tongue tied regarding the secrets;
Cannot be a confidant in His sacred sanctuary.
چہ نامے ثنائش چند فصلے
نوشتہ بر جبین عرش اعظم
Che Name Sana-ish Chand Fasle
Nawishta Bar Jabeen-e-Arsh-e-Azam
What a magnificent Name! And what lines of praise;
Are inscribed upon the forehead of the Great Throne!
رود آن نام را جانم بہ قربان
کنم آں نام را من ورد پیہم
Rawad Aan Naam Ra Janam Ba Qurban
Kunam Aan Naam Ra Man Wird-e-Paiham
May my soul be sacrificed for that Name;
I make that Name my constant and perpetual litany.
خوشا نامے و خوش آن صاحب نام
بہ جز نامش نباشد اسم اعظم
Khusha Name-o-Khush Aan Sahib-e-Naam
Ba Juz Namash Nabashad Ism-e-Azam
Blessed is the Name, and blessed is the Owner of that Name;
Besides his name, there can be no other “Greatest Name.”
بہ عشق او شود دنیا و دین مست
اگر مستانہ آوازے بر آرم
Ba Ishq-e-Oo Shawad Dunya-o-Deen Mast
Agar Mastana Awaze Bar Aaram
Both the world and religion would be intoxicated in his love;
If I were to raise but one ecstatic cry!

جمال لا یزالی را مسلم
Sharaf Dar Surat-e-Pakash Ayan Deed
Jamal-e-La Yazali Ra Musallam
