Na Karo Juda Khuda Ra Mujhay Apnay Aastaan Sy
Na Milay Ga Phir Sahara Jo Utha Diya Yahan Sy

For God’s sake, do not separate me from Your threshold;
I will find no support elsewhere if I am sent away from here.

یہی میری بندگی ہےیہی میری سجدہ ریزی
کہ ذرا لپٹ کہ رو لوں تیرے سنگ آستاں سے

Yehi Meri Bandagi Hai Yehi Meri Sajda Rezi
Ke Zara Lipat Ke Ro Loon Tere Sang-e-Aastaan Sy

This is my worship, this is the essence of my prostration;
That I may cling to the stone of Your threshold and weep a while.

تو ہزار بار ٹھکرا میرا سر یہیں جھکے گا
میرےدل میں ہے محبت تیرےسنگ آستاں سے

Tu Hazar Baar Thukra Mera Sar Yehi Jhukay Ga
Meray Dil Mein Hai Mohabbat Tere Sang-e-Aastaan Sy

Even if You reject me a thousand times, my head will only bow here;
For my heart is filled with love for the very stone of Your doorstep.

مجھے خاک میں ملا کر میری خاک بھی اڑا دے
تیرے نام پہ مٹاہوں مجھے کیاغرض نشاں سے

Mujhay Khaak Mein Mila Kar Meri Khaak Bhi Ura De
Tere Naam Pe Mita Hoon Mujhay Kya Gharz Nishaan Sy

Turn me into dust, and then blow my dust away with the wind;
I have perished for Your name; what concern do I have with a grave-mark?

نہ ہو پاس ان کہ پردہ نہ یہ پردہ داریاں ہوں
میری دکھ بھری کہانی جو سنے میری زباں سے

Na Ho Pas Un Ke Parda Na Yeh Parda Dariyan Hon
Meri Dukh Bhari Kahani Jo Sunay Meri Zubaan Sy

Let there be no veil of reserve, nor these concealments between us;
When He hears my sorrowful story directly from my tongue.

اس خاک آستاں میں اک دن فنا بھی ہو گا
کہ بنا ہوا ہے بیدم اسی خاک آستاں سے

Is Khaak-e-Aastan Mein Ik Din Fana Bhi Ho Ga
Ke Bana Hua Hai Bedam Isi Khaak-e-Aastan Sy

In the dust of this threshold, one day he shall be annihilated;
For Bedam (the poet) is created from this very dust of the threshold.
