“Sarwar Kahoon Ke Malik O Maula Kahon Tujhay” is a magnificent Kalam by Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (Alahazrat). In this Naat, the poet finds himself in a state of spiritual wonder, struggling to find words grand enough to describe the station of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. سرور کہوں کہ مالک و مولیٰ کہوں تجھے
باغِ خلیل کا گلِ زیبا کہوں تجھے
Sarwar Kahoon Ke Malik O Maula Kahon Tujhay
Baagh e Khalil Ka Gul e Ziba Kahon Tujhay
Shall I call you my leader, or my master and lord?
Shall I call you the beautiful rose of Prophet Ibrahim’s (Khalil’s) garden?
اللہ رے تیرے جسمِ منور کی تابشیں
اے جانِ جاں میں جانِ تجلی کہوں تجھے
Allah Re Tere Jism e Munawwar Ki Tabishein
Ay Jaan e Jaan Main Jaan e Tajalli Kahon Tujhay
O Allah! The brilliance and glow of your luminous body is beyond words,
O soul of all souls! Shall I call you the very soul of Divine Light?
تیرے تو وصف عیبِ تناہی سے ہیں بری
حیراں ہوں میرے شاہ میں کیا کیا کہوں تجھے
Tere To Wasf Aib e Tanahi Se Hain Bari
Hairan Hoon Mere Shah Main Kya Kya Kahon Tujhay
Your attributes are free from any defect or limitation,
I am in awe, my King! What various titles shall I bestow upon you?
گلزارِ قدس کا گلِ رنگیں ادا کہوں
درمانِ دردِ بلبلِ شیدا کہوں تجھے
Gulzar e Quds Ka Gul e Rangeen Ada Kahon
Darman e Dard e Bulbul e Shaida Kahon Tujhay
Shall I call you the colorful flower of the garden of the Holy Spirit?
Or the cure for the pain of the heart-broken, longing nightingale?
لیکن رضا نے ختمِ سخن اس پہ کر دیا
خالق کا بندہ خلق کا آقا کہوں تجھے
Lekin Raza Ne Khatm e Sukhan Is Pe Kar Diya
Khaliq Ka Banda Khalq Ka Aaqa Kahon Tujhay
But **Raza** has ended his discourse upon this final truth:
I shall call you the Servant of the Creator, and the Master of all Creation!

Masha Allah, it is an excellent Kalam by Imamul Kalam. No match to this naat. May Allah bestow his uncounted blessings on Aala Hazrat. But we also need to try to understand the meanings and essence of this kalam; not just appreciate the words and sequencing.
