Ab Hosh Na Aane De Mujh Ko Meri Be-Hoshi

I have drawn a picture of divine embrace in my imagination;
Now, let my state of ecstasy never allow me to return to worldly consciousness.

بے ہوشی ہے ہشیاری ،ہشیاری ہے بے ہوشی

Pa Jaana Hai Kho Jaana, Kho Jaana Hai Pa Jaana
Be-Hoshi Hai Hoshiyari, Hoshiyari Hai Be-Hoshi

To find Him is to lose oneself, and to lose oneself is to find Him;
Intoxication is true wisdom here, and worldly wisdom is but a stupor.

Yeh Husn Faroshi Ki Dukaan Hai Ya Chilman

Is this a display of beauty or a concealing screen?
It is a complete vision, yet a complete concealment.

میخانۂ دنیا ہے یا عالم بے ہوشی

Yaan Khaak Ka Zarra Bhi Laghzish Se Nahin Khaali

Here, even a speck of dust is not free from swaying;
Is this the tavern of the world or a realm of total intoxication?

Haan Haan Mere Isyan Ka Parda Nahin Khulne Ka

Yes, the veil over my sins shall never be lifted;
For it is the work of Your Mercy to hide the faults of the sinners.

بے وجہ نہیں بیدم کعبے کی سیہ پوشی

Is Parde Mein Poshida Laila-e-Do Aalam Hai
Be-Wajah Nahin Bedam Kaabe Ki Siyah-Poshi

Behind this veil is hidden the Beloved of both worlds;
O Bedam, the black covering of the Kaaba is not without a secret reason.
