Jis Simt Dekhta Hoon, Nazara Ali Ka Hai
The entire scene in the atmosphere of the age belongs to Ali,
In whatever direction I look, the view belongs to Ali.
دنیائے آشتی کی پھبن ، مجتبی حسن
لختِ جگر نبی کا تو پیارا علی کا ہے
Dunya-e-Aashti Ki Phaban, Mujtaba Hasan
Lakht-e-Jigar Nabi Ka To Pyara Ali Ka Hai
The grace of the world of peace is Hasan al-Mujtaba,
He is the piece of the Prophet’s heart, but the beloved of Ali.
ہستی کی آب و تاب،حسین آسماں جناب
زھرا کا لال، راج دلارا علی کا ہے
Hasti Ki Aab-o-Taab, Hussain Aasman Janaab
Zahra Ka Laal, Raaj Dulara Ali Ka Hai
The splendor of existence, Hussain of heavenly rank,
He is the ruby of Zahra, but the darling of Ali.
مرحب دو نیم ہے سر مقتل پڑا ہوا
اُٹھنے کا اب نہیں کہ یہ مارا علی کا ہے
Marhab Do-Neem Hai Sar-e-Maqtal Para Hua
Uthne Ka Ab Nahi Ke Yeh Maara Ali Ka Hai
Marhab lies split in two on the battlefield,
He will not rise again, for he has been struck by Ali.
کُل کا جمال جزو کے چہرے سے ہے عیاں
گھوڑے پہ ہیں حسین، نظارا علی کا ہے
Kul Ka Jamal Juzw Ke Chehray Se Hai Ayaan
Ghore Pe Hain Hussain, Nazara Ali Ka Hai
The beauty of the Whole is evident from the face of the Part,
Hussain is on the horse, but the reflection is of Ali.
اے ارض پاک ! تجھ کو مبارک کہ تیرے پاس
چم نبی کا ، چاند ستارہ علی کا ہے
Ae Arz-e-Pak! Tujh Ko Mubarak Ke Tere Paas
Cham Nabi Ka, Chand Sitara Ali Ka Hai
O Pure Land! Congratulations to you that you possess
The flesh of the Prophet, but the Moon and Star of Ali.
اہل ہوس کی لقمۂ تر پر رہی نظر
نانِ جویں پہ صرف گزارا علی کا ہے
Ahl-e-Hawas Ki Luqma-e-Tar Par Rahi Nazar
Naan-e-Javeen Pe Sirf Guzara Ali Ka Hai
The greedy kept their eyes on rich delicacies,
But Ali’s sustenance was only on barley bread.
تم دخل دے رہے ہو عقیدت کے باب میں
دیکھو مُعاملہ یہ ہمارا علی کا ہے
Tum Dakhal De Rahe Ho Aqeedat Ke Baab Mein
Dekho Muamla Yeh Hamara Ali Ka Hai
You are interfering in the chapter of devotion,
Look, this is a matter between us and Ali.
ہم فقر مست، چاہنے والے علی کے ہیں
دل پر ہمارے صرف اجارا علی کا ہے
Hum Faqr Mast, Chahne Wale Ali Ke Hain
Dil Par Hamare Sirf Ajara Ali Ka Hai
We are intoxicated in spirituality, the lovers of Ali,
Only Ali has a monopoly over our hearts.
آثار پڑھ کے مہدی دوراں کے یوں لگا
جیسے ظہور وہ بھی دوبارا علی کا ہے
Aasar Parh Ke Mehdi-e-Dauran Ke Yun Laga
Jaise Zahoor Woh Bhi Dobara Ali Ka Hai
Reading the signs of the Mahdi of the age, it felt
As if that appearance is also a return of Ali.
دنیا میں اور کون ہے اپنا بجز علی
ہم بے کسوں کو ہے تو سہارا علی کا ہے
Duniya Mein Aur Kaun Hai Apna Bajuz Ali
Hum Be-Kason Ko Hai To Sahara Ali Ka Hai
Who else is ours in this world except Ali?
If we helpless ones have any support, it is of Ali.
اصحابی کالنجوم کا ارشاد بھی بجا
سب سے مگر بلند ستارا علی کا ہے
Ashabi Kan-Nujoom Ka Irshad Bhi Baja
Sab Se Magar Buland Sitara Ali Ka Hai
The statement “My Companions are like stars” is also true,
But the highest star of all belongs to Ali.
تو کیا ہے اور کیا ہے تِرے علم کی بساط
تجھ پر کرم نصیر یہ سارا علی کا ہے
Tu Kya Hai Aur Kya Hai Tere Ilm Ki Bisaat
Tujh Par Karam Naseer Yeh Sara Ali Ka Hai
What are you, and what is the extent of your knowledge?
O Naseer, all this benevolence upon you is from Ali.
