The earth and time are for you, the dwellers and the abodes are for you.

Angels are your servants, Prophets your retinue, and all nations are slaves of your grace.
Being and non-being, the originated and the eternal—all are manifest in the world for you.

Kaleem-o-Naji Maseeh-o-Safi Khaleel-o-Radi Rasool Nabi

Musa, Nuh, Isa, Adam, Ibrahim, and Ismail—all Messengers and Prophets;

The totality of Prophethood, Leadership, Sovereignty, and Authority;
Absolute Governance and Sainthood are reserved in the Presence of God for you.

Your brilliance, radiance, glimpse, and fragrance;
In the earth, heavens, stars, and deep seas, your authority is established.
وہ کنزِ نہاں یہ نور فشاں وہ کُن سے عیاں یہ بزم فکاں
یہ ہر تن و جاں یہ باغِ جناں یہ سارا سماں تمہارے لئے
Woh Kanz-e-Nihan Yeh Noor Fishan Woh Kun Se Ayan Yeh Bazm-e-Fakan
Yeh Har Tan-o-Jan Yeh Bagh-e-Jinan Yeh Sara Saman Tumhare Liye
That hidden treasure, this raining light, that decree of ‘Be’ and this cosmic gathering;
Every body and soul, the gardens of Paradise, and all this atmosphere are for you.
ظہورِ نہاں قیامِ جہاں رکوعِ مہاں سجودِ شہاں
نیازیں یہاں نمازیں وہاں یہ کس کے لئے ہاں تمہارے لئے
Zuhoor-e-Nihan Qiyam-e-Jahan Rukoo-e-Mahan Sujood-e-Shahan
Niyazein Yahan Namazein Wahan Yeh Kis Ke Liye Han Tumhare Liye
The manifestation of the hidden, the stability of the world, the bowing of the greats and prostration of kings;
The supplications here and prayers there—for whom are they? Yes, for you!
یہ شمس و قمر یہ شام و سحر یہ برگ و شجر یہ باغ و ثمر
یہ تیغ و سپر یہ تاج و کمر یہ حکمِ رواں تمہارے لئے
Yeh Shams-o-Qamar Yeh Shaam-o-Sahar Yeh Barg-o-Shajar Yeh Bagh-o-Samar
Yeh Taigh-o-Sipar Yeh Taj-o-Kamar Yeh Hukm-e-Rawan Tumhare Liye
The sun and moon, evening and dawn, leaves and trees, gardens and fruits;
The sword and shield, the crown and belt—every decree in motion is for you.
یہ فیض دیئے وہ جود کئے کہ نام لئے زمانہ جئے
جہاں نے لئے تمہارے دیئے یہ امیاں تمہارے لئے
Yeh Faiz Diye Woh Jood Kiye Ke Naam Liye Zamana Jiye
Jahan Ne Liye Tumhare Diye Yeh Amyan Tumhare Liye
You bestowed these bounties and performed such generosity that the world lives by your name.
The universe partakes of what you gave; all these greatnesses are for you.
سحابِ کرم روا نہ کئے کہ آبِ نعم زمانہ پئے
جو رکھتے تھے ہم وہ چاک سئے یہ سترِ بداں تمہارے لئے
Sahaab-e-Karam Rawan Na Kiye Ke Aab-e-Na’am Zamana Piye
Jo Rakhte They Hum Woh Chaak Siye Yeh Satr-e-Badan Tumhare Liye
You sent forth the clouds of mercy so the world could drink the water of blessings.
You mended the tears in our character and veiled our sins for us.
ثنا کا نشاں وہ نور فشاں کہ مہرو شاں بآں ہمہ شاں
بسا یہ کشاں مواکبِ شاں یہ نام و نشاں تمہارے لئے
Sana Ka Nishan Woh Noor Fishan Ke Mehro Shan Ba-an Hama Shan
Basaya Kashan Mawakib-e-Shan Yeh Naam-o-Nishan Tumhare Liye
The mark of praise is that radiant light, which even the moon-like beauties honor.
Under your shelter, the glorious processions and names are all for you.
عطائے ارب جلائے کرب فیوضِ عجب بغیر طلب
یہ رحمتِ رب ہے کس کے سبب بربِ جہاں تمہارے لئے
Ata-e-Arab Jala-e-Karab Fuyooz-e-Ajab Baghair-e-Talab
Yeh Rehmat-e-Rab Hai Kis Ke Sabab Ba-Rab-e-Jahan Tumhare Liye
Infinite gifts, the removal of agony, and wondrous blessings without even asking;
By the Lord of the worlds, for whose sake is this Divine mercy? It is for you!
ذنوب فنا عیوب ہبا قلوب صفا خطوب روا
یہ خوب عطا کروب زوا پئے دل و جاں تمہارے لئے
Zunoob Fana Uyoob Haba Quloob Safa Khutoob Rawa
Yeh Khoob Ata Karoob Zuwa Paye Dil-o-Jan Tumhare Liye
Sins vanished, defects turned to dust, hearts purified, and distresses removed;
This beautiful bestowal that dispels anxiety of heart and soul is for you.
نہ جن و بشر کہ آٹھ پہر ملائکہ در پہ بستہ کمر
نہ جبین و سر کہ قلب و جگر ہیں سجدہ کناں تمہارے لئے
Na Jinn-o-Bashar Ke Aath Peher Mala’ika Dar Pe Basta Kamar
Na Jabeen-o-Sar Ke Qalb-o-Jigar Hain Sajda Kunan Tumhare Liye
Not just men and jinn, but angels stand in readiness at your door at all hours.
Not just foreheads and heads, but hearts and souls are prostrating for you.
نہ روح الامیں نہ عرشِ بریں نہ لوحِ مبیں کوئی بھی کہیں
خبر ہی نہیں جو رمزکھلیں ازل کی نہاں تمہارے لئے
Na Rooh-ul-Ameen Na Arsh-e-Bareen Na Lauh-e-Mubeen Koi Bhi Kahin
Khabar Hi Nahin Jo Ramz Khulein Azal Ki Nihan Tumhare Liye
Neither Gabriel, nor the Empyrean, nor the Manifest Tablet, nor anyone else;
Has any inkling of the secrets of eternity that are revealed only to you.
جناں میں چمن چمن میں سمن سمن میں پھبن پھبن میں دلہن
سزائے محن پہ ایسے منن یہ امن و اماں تمہارے لئے
Jinan Mein Chaman Chaman Mein Saman Saman Mein Phaban Phaban Mein Dulhan
Saza-e-Mahan Pe Aise Manan Yeh Amn-o-Aman Tumhare Liye
Gardens in Paradise, jasmine in gardens, beauty in jasmine, and brides in beauty;
Such favors rewarded for trials; this peace and tranquility are for you.
کمالِ مہاں جلالِ شہاں جمالِ حساں میں تم ہو عیاں
کہ سارے جہاں بروزِ فکاں ظلِ آئینہ ساں تمہارے لئے
Kamal-e-Mahan Jalal-e-Shahan Jamal-e-Husan Mein Tum Ho Ayan
Ke Sare Jahan Baroz-e-Fakan Zil-e-Aina San Tumhare Liye
The perfection of the great, the majesty of kings, and the beauty of the fair—you are manifest in all.
For the whole universe, on the day it came to be, acts as a mirror-like shadow for you.
یہ طور کجا سپہر تو کیا کہ عرشِ علا بھی دور رہا
جہت سے ورا وصال ملا یہ رفعتِ شاں تمہارے لئے
Yeh Toor Kuja Sipahr To Kya Ke Arsh-e-Ula Bhi Door Raha
Jihat Se Wara Visal Mila Yeh Rifat-e-Shan Tumhare Liye
What of Mount Sinai or the spheres? Even the High Throne remained far below.
Beyond all directions, you attained Union; this loftiness of rank is for you.
خلیل و نجی مسیح و صفی سبھی سے کہی کہیں بھی بنی
یہ بے خبری کہ خلق پھری کہاں سے کہاں تمہارے لئے
Khaleel-o-Naji Maseeh-o-Safi Sabhi Se Kahi Kahin Bhi Bani
Yeh Be Khabari Ke Khalq Phiri Kahan Se Kahan Tumhare Liye
Ibrahim, Nuh, Isa, and Adam; the people appealed to all, but were not answered.
Behold the state! The creation wandered everywhere until they eventually turned to you.
بفورِ صدا سماں یہ بندھا یہ سدررہ اٹھا وہ عرش جھکا
صفوفِ سما نے سجدہ کیا ہوئی جو اذاں تمہارے لئے
Ba-Faur-e-Sada Sama Yeh Bandha Yeh Sidra Utha Woh Arsh Jhuka
Sufoof-e-Sama Ne Sajda Kiya Hui Jo Azan Tumhare Liye
At the sound of the call, the atmosphere transformed; Sidra rose and the Throne bowed.
The ranks of the heavens prostrated when the Azan was called for you.
یہ مرحمتیں کہ چکی متیں نہ چھوڑیں لتیں نہ اپنی گتیں
قصور کریں اور ان سے بھریں قصورِ جناں تمہارے لئے
Yeh Marhamatein Ke Chakki Matein Na Chodein Latein Na Apni Gatein
Qasoor Karein Aur Unse Bharein Qasoor-e-Jinan Tumhare Liye
Such favors! Though our minds are dull and we leave not our bad habits nor our ways;
We commit faults (Qasoor), yet through them, you fill the Palaces (Qasoor) of Paradise for us.
فنا بدرت بقا بپرت ز ہر دو جہت بگرد سرت
ہے مرکزیت تمہاری صفت کہ دونوں کماں تمہارے لئے
Fana Bi-Darat Baqa Bi-Parat Zi Har Do Jihat Ba-Gird-e-Sarat
Hai Markaziyat Tumhari Sifat Ke Dono Kaman Tumhare Liye
Annihilation is at your door, eternity is at your wing; from both directions, they encircle your head.
Centrality is your attribute, for both arcs of the circle are for you.
اشارے سے چاند چیر دیا چھپے ہوئےخور کو پھیر دیا
گئےہوئےدن کو عصر کیا یہ تاب و تواں تمہارے لئے
Isharey Se Chand Cheer Diya Chhupe Huwe Khor Ko Pher Diya
Gaye Huwe Din Ko Asr Kiya Yeh Taab-o-Tawan Tumhare Liye
With a gesture, you split the moon; you brought back the sun that had hidden.
You restored the day back to Asr time; this radiance and power are for you.
صبا وہ چلے کہ باغ پھلے وہ پھول کھلے کہ دن ہوں بھلے
لوا کہ تلے ثنا میں کھلے رضا کی زباں تمہارے لئے
Saba Woh Chale Ke Bagh Phale Woh Phool Khile Ke Din Hon Bhale
Liwa Ke Tale Sana Mein Khule Raza Ki Zuban Tumhare Liye
The breeze blows for gardens to flourish; the flowers bloom for pleasant days.
